The survey gathers observational and incidental information from parents and carers, about their children’s uses and interactions with different interfaces. The survey collects anecdotal evidence via questions with open answers. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Parents and carers completing the survey should not provide any identifying information about their children, it is designed to be anonymous, producing anecdotal information only. More information about the survey is here:
